SpaceX IPO Oversubscribed 4x at $135 Per Share

SpaceX will raise $75 billion at a $1.77 trillion valuation in its June 12 IPO, the largest ever. The stock is priced at $135 per share and four times oversubscribed. Average IPOs gained 25% on day one, but large IPOs have historically dropped sharply in the first year.
