ServiceTitan Cuts Off Podium Integration for 1,000 Customers

ServiceTitan ended a nine-year Podium partnership, cutting off roughly 1,000 shared contractor accounts. Most stayed because their jobs, invoices and schedules live in ServiceTitan, which grew 25% last quarter. The split shows owning the record buys retention, not growth: Podium built $100M in AI agent ARR, and ServiceTitan's April 2026 API terms now bar AI systems from choosing endpoints.
