Copy-to-Prompt instructions now available for Flags

The feature flags details page now includes copy-to-prompt instructions in the instructions pane. Users can install the Flags SDK, link the project via Vercel CLI, and add flag definitions to the code base. Manual configuration remains available for teams that prefer it.
