Vercel Sandbox firewall now supports request proxying and filtering

Vercel Sandbox firewall now supports forwarding specific HTTPS requests to a user-controlled proxy. Matchers filter which requests get forwarded. The proxy receives the original request plus extra headers identifying the source. This enables logging, debugging, or transforming outbound sandbox traffic.
