IIT Madras Deeptech Fund Hits ₹450 Cr First Close

IIT Madras, IIT Madras Research Park and Unicorn India Ventures announced the first close of IITM Unicorn Frontier Fund I at ₹450 Cr, with nearly ₹55 Cr already deployed across four startups: Hathor, Quanastra, Triolt Energy and Carbelim. The fund targets 25 deeptech startups with ₹15-25 Cr cheques and a final close by December 2026.
