Moonshot AI is weighing a Hong Kong listing of up to $5bn as soon as this year, having filed confidentially and added Bank of America alongside CICC, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Zhipu and MiniMax already listed in Hong Kong in January, ahead of OpenAI and Anthropic.
