Verizon sent customer Tom Collery a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 that still had a Mobile Device Management profile from its days as a store demo unit. The MDM software gave Verizon remote control, and after two weeks of use, a remote action wiped all of Collery's data.
