Introducing new token formats and secret scanning

Vercel now automatically revokes API credentials committed to public GitHub repos, gists, and npm packages. The detection sends notifications and lets users review findings in the dashboard. Token and API key formats were updated with prefixes for visual identification, adding security for all Vercel and v0 users.
