Northrop Grumman launched its Mission Robotic Vehicle (MRV) on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral. The two-armed robot will spend a year reaching geosynchronous orbit, then attach life-extending jetpacks to aging satellites for SES and Optus, saving millions in replacement costs.
