OpenAI donates API spec to foundation

OpenAI donates its Open Responses API specification to the Agentic AI Foundation on Thursday. The Linux Foundation-backed group already hosts projects like AGENTS.md. Support includes AWS, Databricks, Nvidia, and Vercel, though rival Anthropic remains absent from the initial list.
