Command frees 100GB reserved on Linux ext4 drive

An ext4 filesystem reserves 5% of blocks for root-only writes, hiding 100GB on a 4TB drive. Running sudo tune2fs -m 1 /dev/ changes the reserve to 1%, freeing 40GB immediately without reformatting. XFS and Btrfs use fixed or capped reserves.
