Govs Abuse Ads for Zero-Click Spyware

Citizen Lab researchers report that Israeli firm Discover-Tech allows government spyware makers to hack devices via malicious online ads. At least two makers, Candiru and Bindecy, targeted 45 Windows computers at Al Jazeera in 2024 and 2025.
