Tim Wehrle encoded a 208-byte HTML page into a favicon image by converting it to UTF-8 bytes declared as a PNG. The browser downloads the favicon, then TypeScript code unpacks and renders the page. Larger favicons could store more data, but the unpacking script must load separately.
