Capstone Infrastructure Announces Series A Conversion Rights

Capstone Infrastructure Corporation will not redeem its 3,000,000 Series A preferred shares on July 31, 2026. Holders may convert them one-for-one into Series B floating-rate shares by July 15, 2026. Dividend rates for both series will be announced on July 2, 2026.
