Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan bought Strancally Castle, a gothic 1830 house with 440 acres in County Waterford, as an Irish base. The off-market deal is estimated between €20mn and €30mn. He is the third tech billionaire to buy an Irish estate since 2021.
