Vanguard seeks digital assets head

Vanguard is hiring a head of digital assets to shape its crypto and blockchain strategy. The senior role will develop a multi-year roadmap, evaluate tokenization, stablecoins, and custody, and coordinate across product, technology, and compliance teams. The move follows Vanguard allowing crypto ETF trading while still declining to launch its own products.
