The GetProcessHandleFromHwnd API documentation contains three inaccuracies. UIAccess alone is insufficient for windows hooks; the caller needs equal or higher integrity level. In Windows 11, the API opens the process directly via a kernel function, not windows hooks. The Quick Assist bypass works across different users, contradicting the documentation.
