EU adopts digital assets policy stance

The European Parliament adopted a digital assets report calling for further assessment of DeFi, staking, crypto lending and NFTs after MiCA's transition period ended. The vote makes the report Parliament's formal policy position but does not directly amend MiCA or create new legal obligations for crypto firms.
