What is a Neki router?

Neki is a stateless router fleet between applications and sharded Postgres databases. It builds a first plan using data topology to route queries, then Postgres plans execution per shard. Routers handle client connections without per-connection backend processes, scaling connection handling and distributed query processing independently of shards.
