Apollo leads $35 billion debt deal for Anthropic's compute

Apollo and Blackstone partnered with Broadcom on an AI infrastructure platform backed by a $35 billion loan. The financing will help Anthropic lease Google chips developed by Broadcom via Fluidstack data centers. The platform targets over 20 gigawatts of compute capacity through 2028.
