Apple to launch MacBook Ultra with two OLED sizes

Apple will launch a MacBook Ultra with 14.3-inch and 16.3-inch OLED displays in Q3 2026. Samsung Display will supply the panels starting July 2026. The device uses a hybrid oxide TFT and RGB tandem OLED architecture not seen in laptops before. This tech consumes less power than LTPO or single-layer RGB OLEDs. The MacBook Ultra will sit above the current MacBook Pro in Apple's lineup.
