Swiss study links AI to drop in entry-level job ads

An analysis of 7.3 million Swiss job ads found entry-level postings in 2025 were nearly a third lower than the pre-AI average. The steepest declines hit white-collar roles most exposed to generative AI tools. In those sectors, junior job share fell 16% while senior share rose 26%.
