Tim Cook Meets EU Chief on Kids Act

Apple executive chairman Tim Cook met European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Manhattan during the UN General Assembly. They discussed the proposed EU Kids Act, which would restrict minors' social media access and require stronger platform protections. Von der Leyen said they agreed on privacy, safety and security for children. Cook's meeting follows similar talks with Australia's prime minister.
