France and Germany pledged to develop a European alternative to Palantir's military AI software. France's Arcadia platform will serve as the starting point. Both countries already dropped Palantir from their intelligence services, with France's DGSI and Germany's BfV choosing ChapsVision's ArgonOS instead.
