Security firm XM Cyber found a macOS technique allowing standard user accounts to disable enterprise security tools without admin credentials. The attack abused privileged XPC methods to unload CrowdStrike Falcon and deactivate Kandji protections. Kandji fixed the vulnerability with CVE-2026-39118.
