Gen Z Workers Promoted Using AI

A Novorésumé survey found 26.5% of Gen Z workers earned a promotion at least partly based on AI-created work, compared to 15.3% of all AI-using workers. The McKinsey 2025 State of AI report showed 88% of respondents regularly use AI in at least one business function. Promotions tied to competence and responsibility, not just AI output.
