MemeCore principals Puple AI Inc. and Blockcat Pte. Ltd. will contribute $1 billion worth of MemeCore tokens to Nasdaq-listed ZeroStack Corp. for 3.5 million shares and warrants for 36,198,293 more. The 925,925,926 tokens were valued at $1.08 each. Rudy Rong becomes ZeroStack President.
