China mass produces homegrown immersion chip machines

A state-backed Shanghai company began mass-producing immersion DUV lithography machines. First units will deliver this year to SMIC, Hua Hong Semiconductor, and CXMT. Output targets five machines in 2026 and roughly 20 in 2027.
