Brussels will fine EV drivers €0.06 per minute for staying connected to public charging stations over six hours, starting October 1. The rule applies between 09:00 and 22:00. Average occupancy is six hours 30 minutes, while a typical charge takes two hours 20 minutes. Sibelga operates the network.
