The Bitget hacker moved about $83 million in stolen XRP from three holding wallets, leaving roughly $75 million in accounts that cannot be frozen under XRP Ledger rules. Ripple cannot block the attacker's transactions, though Circle and Tether froze about $320,000 in stablecoins. Bitget's protection fund covers losses and withdrawals resume in stages from Sept. 28 to Oct. 2.
