Request-Based Autoscaling Is Now Generally Available on App Platform

DigitalOcean App Platform now offers request-based autoscaling generally available. It scales apps on shared and dedicated CPU instances using live HTTP traffic signals like requests per second and P95 response latency. This replaces CPU-based autoscaling, which was a lagging indicator unavailable to shared CPU users.
