SpaceX agreed to acquire AI coding startup Cursor for $60 billion in an all-stock deal, concluding an agreement first announced in April. The acquisition values Cursor's parent company Anysphere at $60 billion and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026. Cursor will help shore up SpaceX's xAI division.
