Google DeepMind released the AlphaGenome Atlas, a one-petabyte dataset predicting the molecular impact of all nine billion possible single-letter changes in the human genome. The resource precomputes predictions for each variant, averaging 27,000 values, and includes a simplified Variant Impact Score (AVI) to rank potential harm.
