Apple unveils Ask to Browse and child safety tools

Apple announced Ask to Browse, a feature requiring minors to get parental permission to surf the web, alongside other child safety upgrades at WWDC. The tools expand existing Family Sharing controls with time-of-day app limits and automatic blurring of graphic violence. Child safety advocates protested outside Apple headquarters during the event.
