Newly unearthed 2007 footage shows Demon's Souls once had a selectable first-person mode. Dataminer Lance McDonald found the presentation, which also revealed snake-headed enemies later used in Dark Souls' Sen's Fortress and a South Park reference. The prototype's third-person camera followed players automatically, similar to Oblivion.
