Twitch auto-enrolls streamers in AI training toggle

Twitch auto-enabled a default "Training for Generative AI" toggle letting Amazon train on streams. Disable it at Settings > Security & Privacy > Training for Generative AI on the Twitch website. Disabling stops Amazon training but not AutoMod, recommendations or sponsorship AI; users are protesting.
