Apple's iCloud setup left more than half a dozen former employees with access to confidential documents, including product launch plans, after leaving. The company's lawsuit against OpenAI and former employees Chang Liu and Tang Tan alleges intentional trade secret theft, while Apple says the suit doesn't concern iCloud-shared files.
