Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi to Share ECUs

Honda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi plan to standardize electronic control units (ECUs) in next-generation models to cut costs. The shared ECUs will handle autonomous driving and infotainment for hybrid and electric software-defined vehicles. An agreement could be reached in weeks.
