Raspberry Pi OS gets kernel 6.18, no new version number

Raspberry Pi OS updated its kernel from 6.12.75 to 6.18.34 but kept the same version number 6.2 on the splash screen. The release is based on Debian 13 Trixie and includes labwc 0.9.7. Raspberry Pi Imager 2.0.10 now requires macOS 13 or newer.
