The FBI told agents and staff that hackers stole personal data from its job portal, including names, addresses, job titles and Social Security numbers. ShinyHunters exploited an Oracle PeopleSoft flaw. Medical and psychiatric records were also taken. The portal remains down, and it is unclear whether Congress was notified as federal law requires for major incidents.
