Zepto Files UDRHP, Plans ₹8,010 Cr Fresh Issue

Zepto filed its updated draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of ₹8,010 Cr and an OFS of 11.35 Cr shares. Nexus Venture Partners and Kaiser are among investors selling shares. Net loss widened 26% to ₹5,905.2 Cr in FY26, while operating revenue more than doubled to ₹22,623.6 Cr.
