Chat SDK now has an adapter directory

Chat SDK introduced an adapter directory for searching platform and state adapters from Vercel and the community. The directory includes official adapters under @chat-adapter/* and community-built ones like Resend's email adapter. Teams can submit adapters and follow a contributing guide to build and publish their own.
