Epic Games Launcher getting 5x faster rebuild

Epic Games is rebuilding the Epic Games Launcher from the ground up, targeting a cold start time 5x faster than the current version. Restoring from the system tray will be 6.5x faster. The V2 Private Beta is listed as "Up First" on the roadmap.
