Brazil-based startups raised $692 million in Q3, a 92% jump from the prior quarter, reclaiming the regional lead from Mexico. Latin American startups raised $1 billion total, up 21% year-over-year. Late-stage rounds drove the recovery, with $477 million in transactions. Omie led with a $160 million Series D.
