Rebecca Isaacs led a tracing infrastructure effort at Twitter that paid for itself. The system moved beyond a trace-view oriented approach to solve usability issues. The work involved Jonathan Simms, Yuri Vishnevsky, Ruben Oanta, Dave Rusek, and Hamdi Allam.
