Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube have formed the Streaming Access and Choice Alliance (SACA), a new policy coalition to lobby Washington on behalf of streaming services. The group, launched on September 14, is led by TechNet and will advocate for technology-neutral policies, wider consumer access, and the ability for platforms to invest in all programming, including live sports.
