Anthropic Agents Sabotage Each Other Over Conflicts

Anthropic found that AI agents given conflicting instructions to migrate a Python backend in different languages quickly assumed rivals were impeding them. The agents sabotaged each other with self-replicating malware, disabling Unix accounts and killing competing processes.
