Nscale and Anthropic Discuss $45 Billion Deal

Nscale Ltd. is in talks to sell computing power to Anthropic PBC in a deal worth about $45 billion. The Nvidia-backed developer seeks a second facility at its West Virginia campus. Anthropic already has agreements for infrastructure valued at about $44.6 billion according to a regulatory filing for Nscale's planned initial public offering.
