European tech funding hits €10.5B in May

European tech startups raised €10.5 billion in May, more than double April's €5.1 billion, despite an 11% decline in deal count to 258. Fifteen companies secured over €100 million each. The UK led with €7.9 billion across 70 deals. Cloud captured 28.6% of total funding at €3 billion.
