Sierra Partners with Stripe for AI Payments

Sierra, the AI customer service startup led by Bret Taylor, partnered with Stripe on Tuesday to let its agents take card payments during calls. Early user Cedar reports 71.3% of calls end in successful payments. Sierra is also listed in the Stripe App Marketplace and works on the Personal Agent Protocol with Meta and Instinct, which raised $1B.
